Assistance is provided to internally displaced persons who have been relocated from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, the territorial communities located in the area of military (combat) activities or under temporary occupation, encirclement ( blockade), as well as IDPs, whose housing is destroyed or uninhabitable as a result of damage and who submitted until 20.05.22 an application for compensation for the relevant losses, in particular through the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (Diia) or provided documented evidences from local authorities of the fact of damage/destruction of real estate as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts, sabotage caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation.
